City Walk Real Estate LLC has operated from City Towers in Al Nuamiya since 2004 — long enough to have watched Ajman's skyline fill in tower by tower, and long enough to know which of those towers are looked after and which are not.

We are deliberately not the biggest agency in the emirate. We are the one whose advisors walk the streets they sell in, verify freehold status before marketing, and quote prices based on deals that actually closed rather than what a portal algorithm suggests.

Our coverage spans every district of Ajman — from corniche apartments to Emirates City yields — plus selected Dubai off-plan opportunities for clients diversifying beyond the northern emirate.
